WELCOME TO KG FARMS

Dear Friends,

Established in 1985 as a strawberry, grass seed and vegetable farm, KG Farms diversified into producing nursery stock in the spring of 1991.  What began as two acres of field grown plant material has now expanded to 400 acres of deciduous trees, broadleaf evergreen shrubs, and grafted conifers.

An update to our business:  Our can yard is expanding with beautiful containerized plants and trees.  We are working hard to continue to add new varieties and to increase the amount of containerized material that we have available.

After our first two seasons of having a container yard, we have realized that our future is going to include a percentage of our nursery in container grown product.  This past spring we expanded our container yard to eight acres.  Over the winter we acquired an adjoining piece of property and cleared the land.  We are looking forward to developing our new property with an updated potting facility, storage buildings and increasing our propagation acreage.
